Rebecca visited with Louis Gossett, Jr. in his Malibu home for a documentary regarding his role as The Fiddler in the Emmy award winning mini-series, “Roots”.  What a lovely, gracious man he is!   We talked about his career, his family, his dogs, (Sarge is named after his character Sargeant Foley in “Officer and a Gentleman”  for which he won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor).   He also has founded the Eracism Foundation, which is very close to his heart.
